As reported by Chris Fedor for cleveland.com, Alfonzo McKinnie added a new tattoo to his forearm in January 2020:
"On Jan. 6, the day he was released by the Cleveland Cavaliers before his contract became fully guaranteed, Alfonzo McKinnie went to a Cleveland tattoo parlor. The latest addition is on his right forearm -- the Chicago skyline and his beloved city spelled out in big block letters (CHICAGO)."
