In a 2016 appearance on the Dan Patrick Show, Anthony was asked whether he was a Baltimore Ravens fan or a Washington fan. "I'm a Ravens fan for sure, I actually have a Ravens tattoo on my arm." He went on to explain he got the tattoo when he was 15 or 16 years old (at which point the Ravens would've been only three or four years old). Patrick asked him how his family responded to the tattoo - Anthony said he successfully kept the tattoo hidden by only wearing long sleeved shirts, until his mother saw his photo in the newspaper:

“the way she found out is I had a high school basketball game. It was a big game too, and they had my picture in the sports section of the paper. And the shot that I was taking was a layup, and the tattoo was right there [laughs]. So she saw it and tried to rip my arm off, rip the tattoo off, but realized it was permanent.”

In a 2011 interview with Steve Serby for the New York Post, Anthony said his favorite tattoo is "My son's name."
