Luka Dončić
Luka Dončić came into the league with a tattoo on his left forearm. Bleacher Report discussed the design in a profile published just before the 2018-19 season:
"a tiger tattoo on his left forearm, just above the Latin phrase 'Non desistas/Non exieris' ('Never give up/Never surrender').
Why a tiger? 'I just like tigers. I said if I go to U.S., I will buy a tiger—like Mike Tyson,' he says."

Dončić began playing for the Slovenian national team in 2016 at the age of 17. One year later, he helped the team win their first ever EuroBasket title. To commemorate the championship, Dončić got a tattoo of the trophy tattooed on his abdomen, along with the date of the achievement in Roman numerals: "VII IX MMXVII" (17 9 2017). The photo above is from the instagram account of Tattoo Las Rozas, in Madrid, who did the Roman numerals. The trophy tattoo was done at an unnamed shop in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
