Ricky Rubio came into the league with barely visible tattoos, but during his eighth season, added a massive tattoo of a lion family to his right arm, by the artist Coreh López of Barcelona, Spain.

During the 2015-16 season, Rubio added a tattoo to the back of his neck, as seen in the above photo. The design covered a tattoo of the number "79" which Rubio entered the league with, as seen in the image below, from the 2012-13 season:

Rubio entered the league with a Chinese character tattooed on his right wrist.
