Devin Booker came into the league in 2015 with no tattoos. During the 2019-20 season, he got two tattoos. The first is shown above, a tattoo on his right wrist, with the initials D, D, V, and M in a grid. Booker's mother is named Veronica Gutierrez, his older brother is named Davon Wade, and his younger sister is named Mya Powell. Both his sister Mya and his brother Davon received the same tattoo in the same spot, as see in instagram posts.

Booker's second tattoo added in March 2020 is the text "Be Legendary" on his left forearm. The design is inspired by Kobe Bryant, who signed a pair of sneakers for Booker in 2016 and wrote "Be Legendary" on the toe, as seen in the photo below:
Both tattoos were done by JonBoy, who also took the opportunity to have Booker tattoo a small book on his forearm, as seen in this instagram post.
