On Reggie Bullock's left leg is a tattoo tribute to his sister Mia Henderson, who was murdered in 2014. The tattoo incorporates her name, dates of birth and death, and the text "LGBTQ." In a 2018 article by Rembert Browne for The Ringer, Bullock is quoted at length about his sister and the responsibility he feels to represent her story: “I want everyone to believe they can make it to the NBA. If they can compete at my level, that’s what I’m standing for—incorporating LGBT into sports. That and standing up for African American transgender women that have been murdered. That’s what I’m doing.”

This is the second tattoo that Bullock got in tribute to his sister. In a January 2019 interview on the show Kikis With Louis, Bullock was forthcoming about the mistake he made with the first tattoo tribute:
"I ended up getting Kevin tatted on my hand right when she passed away. Not knowing, because I wasn't educated enough, that’s pretty much dead-naming her. This was the person I thought I knew and the life she lived when it actually wasn’t. She wanted to be recognized as Mia Henderson, which was her street name that she picked up, and that was the real life that she was living. So, I got this tat, and I'm going to keep it here, just in remembrance because that was a person that was close to me that I knew at a younger age but then I got Mia Henderson tatted on my leg."

On Bullock's left arm is a tattoo of street signs marking the intersection of East and Bright Streets, in his hometown of Kinston, North Carolina. Curling around the signs, as described by Ben Bolch for the Los Angeles Times, "is the name of Bullock’s maternal grandmother, Patricia Williams, who protected the Clippers rookie from the evils of the neighborhood."
